Story STEAM Thursday

This class for 4-6 year old (Pre-K through First Grade Perfect for Homeschoolers!) is a bridge from our Sensory Science class to Homeschool or STEAM Club. Children will enjoy process art, sensory bins, engineering and coding challenges centered around a story. This science and coding class will feature Indi Car Robot by Sphero, Circuits, and even Dash from Wonder Workshop using the Path app. 

An example class: Three Little Pigs: sensory bin with story manipulative as their coming in activity, and the story is told. Then we build houses out of straw, sticks, and LEGO bricks and test which holds up the best to wind. Decorate a house to take home. Finally, we re-tell the story with the manipulatives and our Indi Car Robots. In coding Indi we are showing that we understand sequence. Path App for Dash (non reading coding) may also be used.

Price:  5 week Session: $99/child, $89/sibling Select 1/16 or 2/20 your start date at check out depending on what session you would are signing up for. 

10 Week Session: $180/child, $170/sibling Select 1/16  as your start date.
