STEAM Camps are for children 6-12 years of age, 1-3pm
STEAM Camp focuses on basic Coding, STEM Challenges, Engineering crafts, and lots of fun! Robots that may be used are Sphero Mini, Indi by Sphero, LittleBits Circuit by Sphero, Dash by Wonder Workshops, and Evo by Ozobot.
Price- $35/date, dates do not have to be finalized until May 31, 2025. Camp held at Bel Air Sports Cards- 1401 Conowingo Rd Unit C, Bel Air, Md, 21014.
6/24- Cardboard Creations- using your imagination and Makedo tools and screws create an invention out of cardboard to take home.
7/1- 4th of July- Science Experiment Lab plus Circuit Craft to take home
7/8- Stop-motion Movie- make your own Stop-motion Movie!
7/15-Build a Robot- learn about simple circuits and build a robot to take home.
7/22- Make your Own Nerf Target- create your own target/shield to practice for nerf battles
7/29- Bubble Machine- make your own bubble machine to take home plus explore the science behind bubbles and make art!
8/5- Table Soccer Game- create your own Table Soccer Game or other table game to take home.
8/12- Battle Bots- Make an arena for a simple robot and battle with your friends.
8/19-STEM Car- Make a simple circuit powered car to take home.
8/26- Volcano- Paint a Plaster of Paris Volcano and then explore baking soda and vinegar reactions.
No refunds given after May 31, 2025. All refunds will be minus a processing fee to cover credit card charges.
