Fall Homeschool Coding

Thursday 11am-12:30pm, for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. Held at Bel Air Sports Cards 1401 Conowingo Rd Unit C, Bel Air Md 21014. 

In this class we will have a 45minutes lesson each week learning the concepts of coding before moving to hands-on engineering projects. In the beginning of the year we will be using Evo robot by Ozobot to code with the color markers and learn Block coding. Later in the year we will start to incorporate block coding with Dash from Wonder Workshop and Littlebit circuits by Sphero. 

The second half of our 90 minutes class may include a simple chemistry experiment, engineering challenge, or work on engineering craft for example a model of the solar system using circuits to have it rotate. Session 1 theme is Space, in the second session we will travel back in time to explore different simple machines.
